There is a sliding scale on this...there are plenty of women who would have tolerated such behavior to make it in the business. Willing participant....unwilling participant but doesn’t want career ruined...unwilling participant who got the hell away from him..etc.
Add to the scale: participant (willing or unwilling) looking for a last paycheck after her career is over.
She should have said something earlier.
