They did not subpoena bevause then Trumps lawyers could be present. This was deliberate. Did they plant? I would be surprised if they did not because they knew they would not find anything. All it takes is pne rotten fbi to plant and then one legit person to find that discovery plus one rotten country that has vested interest in not having Trump as President to say yes that the discovery is legit.
I’m sure the SS and his attorney know what was taken and what may have been planted.

Backpacks likely contained documents Trump had previously returned, so now they'll claim they were never returned.
Maybe the lawyers did not object because it is a surefire way of getting any evidence collected thrown out of court.
Trump is certainly not stupid. Might he have another copy of the documents squirreled away somewhere? The FIB may need to do a thorough search of all US States and territories.
They are obviously paranoid, enough so to cause this huge mistake to conduct the search. Expect more mistakes.
If Trump wanted to hide something he wouldn’t have it at MAL. That would be the first place to look. Somewhere out of the country would be a better place to hide things if he wanted to do so.
It wouldn’t surprise me if they did plant something. I don’t trust any of these goons as far as could throw them. Corrupt as the day is long.
If he does not discipline the authorities who carried out the raid, is that not a form of approval that is sufficient for impeachment?
So no doubt in my mind they planted what they felt they needed to come out of there with in order to justify their little raid.
They are on a mission to destroy Trump NO MATTER WHAT. This is a classic case of the ends justifying the means.
It is up to us patriots to realize this and to continue to support Trump and his MAGA allies now running for office. The MAGA movement is our only hope to prevent total tyranny.

Considering the FBI’s reputation for lying, deceit, and total lack of transparency it’s virtually guaranteed that they will plant evidence detrimental to Trump. The FBI has gone rogue.
There is no possible way you raid a President home without Presidential approval with plausible deniability.

To start with, they now need a top notch electronics forensics and intelligence-surveillance crew to go over every millimeter of the place. Then *everything* in the place must be discarded. Carpets, clothes, furniture, you name it.
The place may even be rigged with everything from planted DNA to high grade lethal synthetic opiate drugs that kill.
Because, as has been recently pointed out, the deep state is now so desperate that they will definitely try to assassinate President Trump. Not so much a case of “if”, but “where” “when” and “how”.
I hope the message is loud and clear to President Trump, that it is “kill or be killed”. That if he manages to survive and win the election, he must purge fiercely the metastatic cancer in our government. No quarter. No tendrils left alive to start the cancer anew.

The Florida magistrate judge who reportedly signed off on the FBI’s raid of former President Donald Trump’s home allegedly disparaged the former president and shared “woke” content on what appears to be his personal Facebook page.
Josiah Lippincott, a Hillsdale College Van Adel Graduate School of Statesmanship Ph.D. candidate and writer, first reported that Bruce Reinhart — the suspected judge who approved the raid of Mar-a-Lago — apparently denigrated then-president-elect Trump in 2017 via Facebook.
In a Facebook post screenshotted by Lippincott and reviewed by Defiant America Reinhart wrote, “I generally ignore the President-elect’s tweets, but not this one. John Lewis arguably has done more to ‘make America great’ than any living citizen.”
