Back in April, he estimated that just "30-40%" of the supplies coming across the border reached its final destination. But he says the situation has significantly improved since then and a much larger quantity now gets where it's supposed to go.

The government of Ukraine notes that U.S. defense attaché Brigadier General Garrick M. Harmon arrived in Kyiv in August 2022 for arms control and monitoring. CBS News has reached out to Harmon for an interview."

Some weird things about this documentary - they talked to no one in Ukraine’s “official” government.

They interviewed a “special operations unit” whose arms warehouse was in an apartment building.

And this unit’s representative who couldn’t speak because it was “top secret” - was about 150 lbs overweight.

To me its more evidence that Ukraine’s “government” is a collection of neo-nazi nationalists and criminal gangs, with a PR figurehead named Zelensky at the top.

And this is who America’s deep state has empowered since at least 2014, to fight their war proxy war against Russia.

Do you even bother reading the article you linked to? It states Serbia's defense minister said the plane was carrying 11.5 tonnes of products made by its defense industry and the buyer was Bangladesh defense ministry.

I read it and it's suspicious as hell. Why are either of them contracting a flight of weapons on a Ukrainian carrier while Ukraine is at war? If not their own carriers, they could choose any from anywhere and instead chose a Ukrainian one.

Serbia, no ally of Ukraine, clearly states its their weapons being shipped to Bangladesh. The Ukrainian transport company was probably the lowest bidder for shipping 11 1/2 tons of weapons.

If what we were sending them was really being wasted, how do you explain Ukraine's success?

True it seems like a possible fake. However, I personally witnessed large scale theft of mil aid and so called USAID materials in both Viet Nam and El Salvador. Thefts included small arms, both pistols and shoulder weapons, small arms ammunition, construction materials, office equipment, and motor vehicles. The thefts were coordinated between host nation government employees and commissioned military officers and US military who were both senior non commissioned officers and mid level NCO’s and US field grade commissioned officers. The chief nco (an E-8) of my unit and the executive officer (a major) were the chief operators. The major was a key man in a flourishing hot car ring he had papers showing him to be attached to ARVN forces and could drive abut in motor vehicles with either US or ARVN paint schemes. He and a Viet colonel operated a combination paint and prep shop and a chop shop for bigger vehicles. The NCO got naild the major didn’t.

I cannot imagine similar activities are not rife in the Ukraine a country with a corruption culture that makes SVN or El Salvador look like Denmark.

The point is she trying to leave the Ukraine with well over a hundred million dollars and about the same in Euros while we're sending billions to the Ukraine. Any idea where the cash came from and why she's taking it out of the country? Just asking because you seem to be a Ukrainian expert.

I stated the the 70% military aid that supposedly did not get into the right hands was not military aid as was alledged. You respond to that with the post a pic woman and cash. Has nothing to do with the made up claim that 70% of military aid was lost.

So it makes no sense unless you are trying to deflect.
