It states Serbia's defense minister said the plane was carrying 11.5 tonnes of products made by its defense industry and the buyer was Bangladesh defense ministry. I read it and it's suspicious as hell. Why are either of them contracting a flight of weapons on a Ukrainian carrier while Ukraine is at war? If not their own carriers, they could choose any from anywhere and instead chose a Ukrainian one.

The Ukrainian transport company was probably the lowest bidder for shipping 11 1/2 tons of weapons.
