Interesting. Last summer I was on the Quercetin and D protocol. I lost 15 lbs and my A1C went into the great range. I have not been back for a year but I did stop the Quercetin and 10 lbs came back.

The weight just began melting away last summer. It was going away so fast I thought I was sick or had some kind of cancer.

How similar are Rutin and Quercetin?

Not sure why I quit the Quercetin but I think I’ll start it again and see what happens.

Chemically, rutin is a glycoside that comprises flavonolic aglycone quercetin, along with disaccharide rutinose. Please don’t ask me to expound on that, see Doctor Axe-
