Is it true that if Putin won’t accept their help, Biden and NATO will welcome them as independent contractors?

Putin has his pint sized Mongolian terrors called Buryats fighting for him in Ukraine. So Biden/NATO can even up the score by contracting pint sized Norks to go up against them. There is plenty of lush green grass in Ukraine for the Norks to eat.
