They can give her a title as a security guard but she's nothing more than a placeholder, for a legal requirement so the lawyers can say "we had someone at that post".
Bet any amount of money she works for an on-paper-only company that's classified as a "minority business enterprise" so it can get priority on contracts at such venues.
Nice to know attendees' safety is being looked after by the best candidates.
