It can be homemade just like in the old days using Everclear. But the dangerous part is evaporating the alcohol down. Dummies tend to use things with open flame/red hot coils to heat it. BOOM! Here in LA, there’s one of those fires at least once a week.
My days of fooling with that stuff are long past but I’ve always had patience.

What evidence do you base this statement upon? Every photo I’ve seen of this guy, is that of a guy. Not one feature that indicates anything else. Just curious where you got this?
Griner broke Russia’s laws and US federal law. She was caught with hash oil which is illegal in Russia and the US.
Griner’s mention of medical marijuana is irrelevant since she was not caught with medical marijuana but hash oil. There is a difference.
