Take the front base grille off and look inside. There is always a schematic on a refrigerator. Sometimes they're on paper tethered in the evaporator area, or sometimes they're on a label on the back of the refrigerator.

I guess they think requetor asking for greater detail than a simple user manual are commercial repair people, so they expct them to pay.

Be careful…
As a shot in the dark, see if there are any videos on YouTube that address this in some way. Whenever I’ve been stumped on an appliance repair, that’s where I’ve headed. Works pretty much every time.
