True, it is written in legalese, but virtually no voter read it because it can be so easily and succinctly summarized in plain English. What did you not understand? Did I not explain it clearly enough for you?

Bear in mind it was the super majority pro-life legislature that wrote the proposed amendment and selected the date for it to be voted upon. There was no nefarious activity in crafting the amendment as so many here are trying to suggest.
