Garry Nolan has become a recognized expert and leader of the scientific community that has been studying UFO's. He is chair of the Department of Pathology at Stanford University School of Medicine.
Among many things he recounts in this interview, he tells how he was contacted at Stanford by the CIA who wanted him to investigate the strange ailments contracted by certain military and government employees after having come into close contact with unidentified craft. He was chosen by the CIA as the best person to conduct such an investigation because of his experience and reputation with blood work.
Here is an interesting snippet from the interview (unrelated to the paragraph above):
Tucker: “You’re around people [scientists] who study this stuff for a living, the most knowledgeable people on this topic in the world. What is their general sense of what this might be?”Dr. Nolan: “That this is not from earth.”

UFO’s are just a distraction, the shiny keys of the day to keep some of the masses occupied and away from any critical thinking.
Actually, Garry Nolan encourages critical thinking about this matter. He ONLY focuses on what is being discovered scientifically.
I would think having a closed mind about the subject (as you seem to) is an avoidance of critical thinking.
UFO’s are just a distraction, the shiny keys of the day to keep some of the masses occupied and away from any critical thinking.
Exactly!
This was first mentioned by Harry Reid before he died.
That should tell you all you need to know.
Thx for that link!
I all done now with FNC, Tucker was the last one I would watch until I just found out he didn’t vote for Trump.
Good post.
Lunacy.... “squirrel!”
Why not listen to a few minutes of what Garry Nolan has to say on the matter and I think you'll find he comes from the same angle as you.
He isn't interested in blurry photos or anecdotal accounts...only what can be studied in the lab.
I'm not saying I know what UFO's are. I don't.
But there seems to be a genuine mystery afoot here.
Anyway, thx for your input on these threads (and ignore my beatching).;-)
I have a totally different take on UFOs and aliens.
The notion that they are from our planets, stars, galaxies is an assumption unsupported by evidence.
To the extent they exist (imho) they are an artifact of this planet—there are just too many of them over all of human history.
Humans assume we are the “top dog” on Earth.
Humans may be wrong.
That doesn’t mean they are not real
I wholeheartedly concur. The premise that UFOs are extraterrestrials is a construct of popular culture. So now every time someone sees a UFO they all say the same stupid phrase about “it was not of this earth.” Like anyone would have the knowledge neccessary to say what is or isn’t “of this earth.” I believe that these craft are an earthly phenomena that we don’t understand. And I’m certain that at some point UFOs will be used by our “leaders” to force their ways on us just as they did with terrorism and the COVID. This is coming soon, too.
I'm pretty sure those limitations are ours, and not those of the universe. The truth is we aren't even out of the infancy stage in understanding science, technology, our universe or our reality.
Fascinating video, if you haven't watched it. Dr. Nolan even discusses how our understanding of physics will have to change to explain how these craft perform.
Good post.
I laugh at the idea that “scientists” are studying this stuff.
That is like ant scientists studying human behavior.
At best you get a large pile of insane garbage.
All the videos I’ve seen are similar in that the UFO is near edge of frame and drifts out and in again. Most are blurry. Most are jittery. All can easily be created in off the shelf CGI apps.
The video from military aircraft are a different story, though it’s curious that the ones getting attention are infrared or whatever. I want to see some video in the bright Sunshine of a clear day, dammit.
When I see a UFO video as clear as what we see of tornadoes, volcanoes, falling Chinese rockets or shooting stars, perhaps I might become a little less skeptical.
I give most credence to reliable eye witnesses.
Strange, that we see zero evidence of Life and Technology beyond our atmosphere but see much possible evidence of it within that precious envelope.
There’s something happening here, what it is ain’t exactly clear but I’d sure like to know or see myself, one way or another.
Good point which is discussed in the interview. Are ants aware of humans? We exist alongside them but there is relatively little interaction between the species. Maybe other beings on this earth view us as akin to ants.
