China wants the semiconductor manufacturing business that belongs to Taiwan. Pelosi is the sacrificial lamb that gives China an excuse to take over Taiwan. The Biden administration has already announced they don’t believe Taiwan is an independent country, but is owned by China.

Sounds like a fantasist alarmist. If Taiwan is mobilizing to invade Taiwan, the whole world knows it. Funny, I haven’t seen any reports from anywhere (aside from...alarmists) about such preparations. I mean, it would dominate ALL the world news media.

This is all theater. There’s no compelling reason for Nancy to go to Taiwan. She’s doing this to try to look real tough in the wake of the Biden administration’s foreign and domestic policy debacles. And the Red Chinese know it and are playing along. They want to keep Nancy behind the speaker’s podium and sure as hell don’t want to deal with a MAGA Congress next year.
