Prince William County is not a good place to live.
it’s creeping into the “good” neighborhoods. The Springfield, VA mall has become a “no go” zone for suburban shoppers.

I beg your pardon! PW County is superb - just some enclaves we have to deal with. The Prince William County Police are the best.

Just a misunderstood yute.
Some enclaves? Sure, like Manassas, Woodbridge, Dumfries, Dale City...
I’ve lived in PWC for 35 years now. I feel no need to whitewash what this place was and is.
Pretty much every day there’s another shooting in PWC.

Concealed carry takes care of the rest.
Yea, and the rot keeps spreading. Dale City wasn’t that bad even 20 years ago.
Not to mention that Ann Wheeler is a crook and Amy Ashworth is a Soros-funded Democrat who is soft on crime.
Prince William County is just another blue, crime-infested urban county now.
Except that urban counties usually don’t remain bedroom communities with a dearth of decent jobs as long as PWC has. So maybe it’s the worst of both worlds.
Would also point out that PWC had a commonwealth’s attorney by the name of Ebert who during his career has sent more criminals to death row than any other commonwealth’s attorney in Virginia.
PWC has and has had a persistent criminal underclass which contributed to that record.
20 years ago is when it all started to go to shit.
I was working at Potomac Mills and had a front row seat watching the clientele change over.
Yea, and the 2008 foreclosure crisis didn’t help one bit.
I looked at a few of the houses that were for sale that had been foreclosed on, and quite a few had extra makeshift bedrooms in the basement, and keylocks on all the bedroom doors. Quite obvious they were boarding houses for cheap labor from south-of-the-border.
Sad part is, I could have sold my townhouse in Manassas Park for $500k back in 2006.
I should have done that, taken the money, and got the hell out of this place, moved far away, out of state.
the Manassas exodus to Woodbridge came in the 90’s i believe.
I still can’t believe there is a Salvadoran consulate in a strip mall on Opitz!
Seems like a lot of people moved from Manassas to new houses in Gainesville in the late 90s/early 2000s. And some other portion just moved completely out of the area.
Amazing how fast a neighborhood can turn over.
Jus’ further call him Babyface Cuffed.
