Well, he's telegraphing his questions ahead of time. The GOP is just so stupid ... or they're just lending their "colleagues across the aisle" a hand.

Wray will not say a thing. He will say can not say a word because everything is investigated. He also never has replied to many dozens of requests to respond to Grassley’s requests. Wray just blows him off and dozen responds to anything.

If that's the extent of the question, I see no way for Wray to answer completely. If Grassley really wants to know about political bias in the FBI, he's going to need to ask questions about specific fact patterns, patterns that potentially expose the bias that need to be explained.
