And probably redpilled.
Recently bought 9mm at local Dunhams. Blazer 115grn 50 count on sale for $17. Plenty on the shelf.
Primers are scarce and double or triple or quadruple the price from 2 years ago.
Interesting, because I’ve seen ammo at its lowest price in a long time and with no limit on boxes at Running’s, which is a first in a long time as well.
.357 Magnum and .38 Special are back on the shelf.
Get a laser trainer. I have the iTarget trainer, and then upped the game with the Mantis X Elite system. I train at home or in my hotel room when I travel. I hit the range once a month now and that 100 rounds of precious ammo goes a lot farther when your hitting your target.
9mm 124gr hollow point...defense ammo...is tough to find.
On the shelf one day, gone the next.
So much of current capacity goes to 9mm that other pistol calibers are also hard to find.
.38, .357, .40, .45 etc.
Those who can get it via UPS are in much better shape.
Most ammo is available again, the exception being specialized ammo such as Subsonic ammo for suppressors. That is still very hard to come by for 22lr.
I remember when 556 M855 green tip was selling for $1.00 a cartridge. It’s now selling for $.45 and it’s in stock at several suppliers.
.380 and 7.65 in Seller & Beloit which is loaded a little hotter than 32 caliber is really tough to find.
Don’t take mine. Now that Lake Mead is empty I might be able to find where my boat sank. I hear Oregon and California are going to start removing dams. Probably a lot to be found there too.
