Look, I’m not King of the World, not yet.
If I was I would prohibit Colleges from a vaccine requirement.
But realistically, the kid doesn’t Have to go to a certain College.
They want to attend a certain College.
So they need to put up with that School’s rules.
Find a College that doesn’t have that requirement. Complaining about it doesn’t fix it, they need to be pro-active.
