I’m going to say what I suspect many are thinking here on FR. Herschel Walker, really? I met him 8 or 10 years ago at event and shot the bull with him for 10 or 15 mins. He could hardly speak, he had dead eyes and I walked away feeling like I had spoken with a mentally deficient/disabled person. On top of what his probably his naturally low IQ, he’s got to have some degree of CTE.
Warnock has to be defeated at all costs, but the fact these two are the choices for the people of Georgia has got have the Founders spinning in their graves. Such a critical race and the best we can must is the brain dead Walker? Pathetic.

That might suffice in the House where there are 435 members. It doesn't work in the Senate where each state has just 2 senators.
But what do Senators do?
I listened to him on Steve bannons war room a few times and thought he was fine. The new “folksy” representatives voters seem to like lately. Real people and not just rich old lawyers.
Unfortunately, Mr. Trump chose really badly for this much needed Senate seat.

They advocate for their states. In some cases that means they use the senate rules to prevent legislation from getting a vote on the floor. I don’t see Walker as being able to do that.

I don’t post many vanities at all. Hope I didn’t inadvertently check a wrong box. Intended for this to only be in chit chat.
I will concede it was later in the day and maybe he was tired, but maybe encounter with him left me unimpressed. He wasn’t rude at all, just slow and dull.

The “dead eye” look and monosyllables is often associated with talking to people one doesn’t particularly care for. Perhaps that’s the case in your instance.
