I get Nexium OTC, Military-Navy base took it off the Formulary, and I react to the 3 left on it. Nor can I take the store or generic brand, it has a different formula that I can’t use. OA and Hormone drugs ruined my GI tract, GERD has to be treated, it caused the 3 Barrett’s Esopogus Pre-Cancers I have, they just biopsy every 3 years. Won’t remove them and I get a new spot in 3 years. And OTC is supposed to be 20 mg, I need 40 mg, Gastro said the OTC crap is just 10 mg, not 20 mg. False advertising. Crap is not $30 for 28, not even a month’s worth. And I need 3 boxes a month. Walk in, go through self-check even. Until they put them back in those single locked boxes, they put them in a couple of years ago, then removed those things. Tricare Life will not Authorize a doctor’s script for the higher necessary Nexium.
When I pick up my Script Valium which is a Schedule 5 drug, I have to have a DL, to prove who I am. Lots of Brainwashed LIAR KOLODONY doctors and Chain Pharmacies won’t fill it.
The horse paste was on the shelf but wasn’t available in suburban Tractor Supplies. I picked some up on a road trip as well as online from Valley Vet. Hopefully it just stays out on shelves where I got it. Had COVID in April and IVM, vitamins and zinc stopped it within a week.

I’m so sorry you went through that and happy to read you got well quickly. Maybe the ivermectin helped, maybe not. It did not do you any harm.
I felt like I couldn’t breathe, too, when I had the original Covid back in Feb 2020. Actually, I felt like I was drowning! My temp is normally subnormal, and I’ve rarely run much of fever, but with Covid, ran one of 102.9. In two days, my breathing was much, much better and temp normal. I was more fatigued than usual for some months afterward, but not sure whether that was from high stress and little sleep or Covid aftereffects.
There was no suggestion of Ivermectin possibly being yet. Had there been, I probably would have tried it. In theory, it might help, in vitro it looks quite posdible. But in vivo, it appears to be of very little to no use.
Now that Covid has mutated to become more contagious but less virulent as Corona viruses tend to do, I personally don’t see the point in messing around with ivermectin for myself (unless I somehow get worms 😕). If somehow a nasty new strain of Covid comes along, we have MABs now, and they really do work. Like a charm.
I do think those who want to use it should be allowed to do so. It’s a cheap, safe old drug.

Oh my! You were in the hospital? I didn’t go to the hospital, but for the first time in my life, wondered if I was going to die. I’ve had multi-drug resistant falciparum malaria and some other nasty tropical diseases during my years abroad, but never wondered that before.
Yes, a hospital is the last place anyone wants to be — serially when they’re sick!

No, I was sort of ‘forced’ into the hospital because of my Hollywood union BUT there is no clause in the contract that you can “stay”. A lot of Hollywood Republicans do this.
and yes, the hospital doesn’t give a damn about you. The guy beside me, also with the oxygen tank, was in worse shape than me. But I truly felt, the doctors made him worse.
Eldest got it 6 weeks ago, a nasty case, he is a Type 2 Diabetic, so it’s rougher on him, he took the vits/mins, and Benedryl. Still coughing. No masks, no jabs.

Yeah, it’s rougher on Diabetics but I think the regimen is still better than the vaxx, Remdisivir or especially a ventilator. It took me just under three weeks to finally get rid of the cough. The cough diminished so steadily and was productive the whole time, I barely noticed when it was finally gone altogether.

I’m a complicated health Senior, and most of what sends me to the ER, is not treated or tested by them And they always forget to put me on a Cardio monitor. Blow my small veins. Not only did I nearly have a heart attack, but they also blew my 2 easy to hit veins, so No IV, I WAS DEHYDRATED, there were no pain meds, and I went into Seizures, and no Valium to stop them. DUMB PA SENT THE AMPICILLIN FOR A UT TO A CLOSED PHARMACY, Walgreens could be seen as you exited the ER. DIDN’T HAVE A UT, I HAD SIBO. XIFAXAN IS THE TREATMENT ANTIBIOTIC. ONLY THE MILITARY BASE CAN FILL BECAUSE IT’S OVER $1,200 FOR 2 WEEKS.
Besides all our major hospitals are in CRIME/COVID RIDDLED BRAINWASHED MEMPHIS. We live in a rural next county over city, pop 7,000.

I’m a non-active member of Knights of Columbus. I remember years ago ago our chapter priest before becoming our yearly priest, told us about his time in Africa.
He was handling 3 villages in the outskirts of Nigeria (?) and needed specific medicines to contain an epidemic. There was a “remote” US military base there, and he had no choice but to ask for medicine. He was darn surprised his list of medicine was given by the US base, and it was a very hard to get list..
Fast forward, he asked eventually the base commander to thank him. The base commander said “We knew who you were, what you were doing and we were sort of keeping an eye out for American citizens”. This was our priest’s story..
