The point of all the cuts in that recent “proof of life video” is that it indicates that Biden cannot at this point in his worsening disability [dementia + 4 jabs + Covid] even string together 2 or 3 coherent sentences.

Interesting take. I had assumed that all the cuts in the video were there because they had spliced together clips that had been filmed months ago — maybe even as far back as early 2021.
