It dried-up my salmon. I’ll broil it from now on. It messes up the insides of the toaster oven. I would say frozen french fries are ok but carbs are not good.

Make sure you get a multi function air fryer. Mine does bake, fry, toast, convection and it’s always in use. Especially in summer because it doesn’t heat up the whole kitchen.
