Absolutely it did. The election was stolen. His military leaders literally took an oath to Milley (according to him) to disobey orders coming from Trump. The coup “seized the radio station” by cutting him off from all mass communications on social media and regular media. The intelligence agencies were mobilized in several ways against him. Dissenters were arrested all across the country and taking to the center of the coups power for “trials” that rarely occur.
Two divisions worth of soldiers flooded into the streets of the capitol but not on Trump’s orders. Pelosi, Pence, and McCarthy all agreed on moving forward.
If this happened in South America, we would have no trouble calling it a government overthrow.

And just how do you fight against this type of treason without a full scale civil war which is exactly what they and the other countries want to bring it down.
I met a gentleman in the 80’s who was in his 80s and a refuge from an iron curtain country who was so paranoid of being located, I questioned his sanity.
But, he did make an awful lot of predictions that have come true over time, and he predicted this country would be broken up by internal pressures because it was too powerful to confront as a whole.
The only trajectory safe for the US is to root out the communists and make examples of them without starting a war.
It’s not just Biden and it’s not just incompetence.
