Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich weighs in on the upcoming 2022 midterm election on the "FOX News Sunday" panel:
BRET BAIER: You've been in politics a long time. Democrats in some states around the country are funding more right-leaning candidates thinking it's going to be easier for them. They did it in Maryland, Pennsylvania. They failed in Colorado. This can whip around them.
NEWT GINGRICH: It's an a huge risk. You're faced with an American tsunami, not a republican. An American tsunami.
You saw some of it just now. 38% increase in New York City in the last year. People are going to go out, look at their gas tank, look at their grocery store, and I guess the Republicans are going to pick up probably five or six Senate seats somewhere between 40 and 70 House seats. It won't be obvious until October and in October will come crashing down. The Democrats are helping nominate the people they least want to see in office. It's crazy.

The GOP has done little or nothing about election fraud, so this prediction is pure fantasy.
Are you saying we should just tolerate it?
It’s 100% what you deserve. Call out a group of people on here and that’s what you get. You’re stuck in the past.
Your last sentence:
“Cheating via dominion”
But I thought it was lazy to blame dominion?
Gotcha. Thanks.
*But that doesn’t mean give up - better poll watching*
Just who is going to stand up to the hired blacks in Milwaukee and Detroit? You know the ones who like to intimidate but don’t want to fight?
It needs to be announced beforehand that all questionable outcomes will be contested. Threats need to be issued. Announce the number of prosecutions intended before Election Day. That will help quell the ‘no cheating here’ crowd.
Is he discounting for rampant fraud and outright theft of elections?
I believe in Santa Claus.
I believe in The Great Pumpkin.
Wouldn't that imply that you know where fraud is going to be and make you the prime suspect for any fraud that does occur?
The cheating is still going to happen and the fake news is still going to lie. I know that.
Just not quite as much as 2020 - the mules know they are being watched this time - the operatives running the cheating operation will need to be on the lookout for Project Veritas type moles. They will be more reluctant.
We will pick up seats. Not near as many as we would pick up without the cheating - but likely enough to take back the committees and push back a bit.
It’s not going to be a red tsunami, but at least put Schiff and Pelosi in the back seat, and get rid of some RINOs.
I’m not expecting miracles - yet.
And add Ohio to the list....
Maybe, if there is no cheating involved!
*Announce the number of prosecutions intended before Election Day.
Wouldn’t that imply that you know where fraud is going to be and make you the prime suspect for any fraud that does occur?*
Not at all. Disclose that there were a ‘few’ Republicans that voted twice so they won’t be immune. Declare that the # of prosecutions will not match the # of fraudsters. ‘Just don’t get caught’ will be the mantra. Announce beforehand that a defense lawyer will charge $5-10k to defend them. The lawyers will have to say untrue. Response: We’ll find out.
Then ask: “Does any lawyer guarantee their work?”. Stick it to the leAL Profession while we’re at it. .
Worried about Ga and Pa. Two very weak candidates.
Vance in Ohio is sending off some warning signals as well. Bad campaigner and even worse fundraiser.
Really? I thought he was a shoo in. Oh well.
Never count your chickens till they’re hatched.
We could lose a few races that should have been very winnable. Walker, Oz, and Vance are more celebrities than anything else, and people may not be in the mood to put in people who don’t seem to know how to look professional when running for election.
