The article says he wants to reclassify some Civil Service positions to Political Appointee positions.
Once they are appointees, they can be axed.
Clearly, he has no understanding of the history of Civil Service. And many folks on the site don’t know it either.
As much as you want Trump to be a dictator, that’s not how any of this works.
Congress makes those decisions. Not the executive.
