BTW in your own article it says the child passed it on to... no one. So much for your hysterical crying about how de filthy children will spread it everywhere and DESTROY US ALL.

And there are any number of ways a child can be sexually abused that would leave no actual physical sign.

They caught it early and vaccinated his whole family and nearby contacts that’s exactly how you stop the spread. Had they let him go to school thinking it was just a face rash you can be sure it would have spread. Monkeypox is one of the few virus that can infect unbroken skin with just a handshake or a touch. Herpes is another so is HPV. Monkeypox is also active for days on linens and surfaces not exposed to UV light. They handled this case exactly right. Ring vax around the kid, isolate them all hard and fast and try to contact trace the source. It was solid epidemiological work.
