It’s called no work ethic.

They just don’t care anymore.

And they are probably not the people you want to trust to prepare your food.

“They just don’t care anymore.”

Go to Chic-Fil-A or In-N-Out. Those employees care!

“They just don’t care anymore.”

I got home from the Navy in 70 and one week later my Mother asked me ‘when are you getting a job?’.

It's not just a work ethic, or lack of it, it's that the internet and smart phones have opened peoples' eyes to what others do and ask themselves, "what am I doing this for? I can't afford to live here, I was born with debt I didn't incur, and each day only more gets dumped on me. My money is being stolen via inflation while homeless people and foreign invaders get more perks than I can even earn. "

Our government borrowed $60 billion dollars, claiming it for Ukraine, only to give to U.S. companies who send their work overseas, all while the debt will be paid back by U.S. taxpayers. Nice racket if you can get in on it. President Trump was the only one who gave a damn and both the Democrat and Republican half of the Uniparty conspired to steal an election from him and from us.

Does anyone really believe the government is forcing taxpayers to pay for bike lanes nationwide for "green" causes and health? They're determined to have an underclass that can only a afford a bicycle to get to work.

No work ethic, and a government the encourages it. This crap about making MacDonald's and jobs like those it offers pay a "Living Wage" are partially at the root of it.

These are entry level jobs, meant to give workers entering the workforce experience so they can advance to better paying more demanding jobs.

They need to listen to this five minute video from PragerU by this young woman:

I Learned More at McDonald's Than at College
Can working at McDonald's better prepare a young adult for life than attending college? For Haverford undergraduate Olivia Legaspi, college taught her that her feelings are more important than anything; but working at McDonald's she learned that serving others comes first. Which of those lessons is more important? Olivia Legaspi explains.

The people who should be working these jobs are getting enough money from somewhere to buy pot, vapes, iPhones, and expensive coffee. At least anyone who has a job and simply does not show up falls into that characterization. When they don't have enough to buy those things, or a bed to sleep in at night, or even simply food to eat, they are going to find out just exactly how useless and un-fun a job really is.

I wonder where all the workers are. We went to Elkin’s Resort on Priest Lake, Idaho yesterday and looked forward to a nice lunch by the lake. Nope, no workers and no cooks. Lunch was going to START at 1:30 pm! We gave up and went down the road to Hill’s Resort which had an abundance of young folk working, all as nice as can be.

When the gubmint pays people for doing nothing, this is what you get.
