Well it's nice to know that the stereotype of scientists being all about their numbers and science crap isn't completely true.

This guy should be a hero to every scientist out there. Except for being dead, of course.

It’s been my experience working in science research and technology that “scientists” just follow the direction the money they are paid leads. Most seem to have abandoned the observational testing and logical conclusion aspect for preplanned outcomes.

But, that’s just me.
