If Shannon’s theory in court is that you can publicly accuse a true hero of a crime (to half a million Twitter followers) without actually knowing one way or the other whether that’s true - we’ll see how that plays out.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. She made the comment. She could have looked up the law but she didn’t. That was her fault. Her own negligence (if it was negligence. I’m not convinced) resulted in her spreading a malicious untruth about a heroic young man. She deserves to pay.
They are complaining because an armed citizen stopping a mass shooter ruins their narrative.
Are the complainers attorneys and judges ?

States have no Right under the Constitution to impose ANY Restrictions, whatsoever, that could be Enforceable, if we didn't have Activists on the USSC who try to turn Left on ALL issues.
You can whine about guns all you want, but the Constitutional RIGHT to own, operate, and keep them has not changed.
btw, don’t search Twitter for certain words related to this shooting like the shooters name if you are at work and porn is a problem. I got an eyeful of someone that puts Hunter Biden to shame.
Given the right state, DA, and AG I can see such a shooter’s legal fees breaking them and leaving them destitute

This is true. I think Hero went into autopilot to save himself and his girlfriend. I credit his grandfather who must have instilled this into him. Cant wait to find out more about Pops.
