Trying to understand the rational of our executive leadership here to go to this empty lot in Somerset, Mass to give a 10 minute speech to a hand picked audience. I just dont get it. WTH kind of image was he trying to put on display for the cameras? Why leave the White House lawn and not just do it there? Are they bug-bombing the white house so he had to leave for eight hours? All he did was put on his president mask (which doesnt work) and try to sound tough for the cameras. Color me confused...again.

Your question is also the puzzlement “election deniers” have over 2020. How could a candidate who spent most of the campaign hiding in his basement, usually spoke to nearly empty venues when he did emerge, and did not do particularly well in the debates pull in 81 million votes?
