Sweet Jeezus! I haven’t even had my breakfast yet. Now I don’t know if I can keep it down thanks to that mental image.

âfestering canker sore that is Baltimore on one side and overspill from the DC Swamp on the other.â
Umm Baltimore and Washington DC are not on opposite sides of Maryland. They are basically 40 miles apart right in the center of the state. Western Maryland, the Eastern shore and other areas far from the I-95 corridor are very conservative but always outvoted by the region right down the middle from the Susquehanna River to the Potomac.

Never Trump conservative Jim Swift, in an article published by The Bulwark on July 20, argues that Maryland Republicans have screwed up badly by nominating an extremist âkook" over the more moderate, Hogan-endorsed Schulz. No need to read any further. Never-Trump conservatives have learned nothing in the last six years. Further, Never-Trump conservatives are just RINOs by another name and need to go. Cox may well lose the general, then again, he could win. We shall see.

True dat. đ
Moderate is the political equivalent to a bi-sexual. Just can't make up their mind about anything.

Larry Hogan is the "conservative" of the title. Larry Hogan is many things; conservative is not one of his traits.

If Hogan was smarter and simply kept silent and gone about his work his candidate may have won IMO. So full of himself.

Conservatives don’t sign permanent fracking bans into law the way Hogan did.

Yes - because they were so on their way to losing in a gentlemanly manner once again. Now their “loss” will be “messy” right? Go away.

A liberal black governor "Liberal black" is a polite way of saying "black supremacist with genocidal tendencies".

Marylandâs Larry Hogan is a conservative non-MAGA Republican governor in a blue state who has received a lot of Democratic votes â especially in the 2018 midterms, when he ran for reelection and defeated Democratic nominee Ben Jealous by 12 percent. Did it occur to this writer that Hogan bested Ben Jealous by 12% because of Ben Jealous?
There are lies; damned lies; and statistics.
