I would think that this would open the door to every Jan 6 Defendant for a Fourteenth Amendment, equal protection defense. Or at least a Section 1983 civil suit against Garland. It is so obvious, I would think that even DC judges would have to be embarrassed over this. Either prosecute this bunch or stop persecuting the others. Can’t have it both ways.
