You can make the GlyNAC from equal amounts of glycine powder and N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC). Nestle sells it mixed together and suggests 1,200 mg of which equates to two servings of their retail product.
The Urolithin A is also available from Nestle. Both supplements are from their Celltrient brand.

Do note that when I further dug into Nestle’s site, they say take two servings a day, so it becomes 1,200 mg of glycine and 1,200 mg of NAC.

Also, it was several-fold more they wound up giving the 70-80 year olds, but they also hadn't tested less than that, at the time of the study. Apparently, Nestle believes 1,200 mg of each a day provides a useful amount, but having more would bring you closer to the full amount in that study.

Thanks! My life is sufficiently chaotic that I can’t always do a deeper dig.

Quercetin and fisetin are senolytics. Some of what quercetin does is convert fibrotic masses that aren't sensitive to proteases including serrapeptase and nattokinase into a form they can cleave. Quercetin also functions as an ionophore to push zinc into cells to make them "unfriendly" for viral replication.
