Did you read it? She’s referring to parents and children who are here LEGALLY.

Incorrect. 18 year olds are not “children”, and once they turn 18, they are no longer “here legally”.

"Legally documented children” are no longer “legally documented children” when they turn 18, so yes, they would have been here illegally, if they were not granted some form of amnesty.

Turning 18 doesn't invalidate their visas - they're still here legally. This is about whether they can work or not.

This POS needs to be primaried!
Why should we pay for the green card crappers to keep their children here..

If they want to have their children living with them, they should go back to the shithole they came from...

OTOH, why don’t these GOP scumbags go and live in the shitholes that the greenies came from...

An even swap...

“Turning 18 doesn’t invalidate their visas - they’re still here legally.”

If your visa stipulates you can be here because you are a minor dependent of someone with a work visa, then yes, when you are no longer a minor, your visa is no longer valid, and if you stay, you are here illegally.

True, but why would you think that’s what their visas stipulate?

Because they are here as minor dependents of a work visa holder.
