We have been for years doing the B, C, D, K, Zinc, Pottasium regime along with the few scrips. Way before this farce was foisted upon us. I know some FReepers have suffered from it and we don’t want to diminish their bouts with it, but haven’t gotten it yet. Knock on wood. Daughter has it again and has been vaxxed but not boosted. Her husband has been vaxxed and boosted and currently has something going on but tests are negative (so far) for CONvid.

My supplement regimen has worked well. I still picked up BA.1 in January (a gift passed by my wife's co-workers to her and carried home). Sniffles, sore throat, a minor 99.2 fever, thick postnasal drip, fatigue and malaise. Unfortunately, I passed it to my senior poodle who died in 2 days. The other 7 pups and 2 cats were unaffected.

The "malaise" component was the most annoying. I'm accustomed to being hyper-focused on my software development tasks. It definitely impacted my productivity.
