And that’s, of course, what Twitter has been trying to sell Elon Musk … and why he is trying to walk away now. He asked them to provide information showing he wasn’t buying a bunch of fake users.

I signed up for Twitter years ago and don’t use the account, so am one of the majority who has not tweeted in years. Is my account fake? That is a matter of semantics perhaps, but certainly its not a real account in the sense that it should be counted towards how many impressions advertisers get on it.

If they don’t sue, shareholder’s will sue BODs
If they sue, Discovery will prove BOTs >50% are huge part of TWTR users
When Discovery proves BOTs >50%, stock price will plummet
Shareholder’s will sue BOD for misrepresenting # of users (#OU)
Advertisers will sue BOD for misrepresenting # of users (#OU)
Advertisers will re-negotiate ads - rates will plummet
FTC will yawn
stock price will plummet further
Discovery will prove that TWTR doesn’t make money and doesn’t own the infrastructure for 100s of millions of user interactions
Discovery will prove that TWTR infrastructure provided to TWTR by the US Gov’t
If any of the above lawsuits reach a court, it will be revealed that only the US Gov’t has the infrastructure capacity to run TWTR
What will not be allowed to ask is Why Is The US Gov’t So Generous To A Private Company.

Answer: Bec by doing so, the 50% of BOTs on TWTR are the US Gov’t controlling the narrative while TWTR shadow blocks dissenting opinions or cancels the dissenting users.
