An estimated 100 agents, 20-30 vehicles, and a helicopter deployed flash bang grenades to question and not arrest an elderly couple who were merely in the vicinity of the Capitol on January 6.
An account was published Sunday in the San Marcos Record of a massive late June raid on a couple in rural Hays County, Texas that resulted in no arrest. The scale of forces deployed and the tactics used seem designed to intimidate and punish, especially considering the fact that the couple never entered the US Capitol on June 6, and were guilty only of being Trump supporters who were peacefully demonstrating.
Lora DeWolfe and Darrel Kennemer were startled when FBI agents, during the pre-dawn hours on June 22, broke through their gate leading up to their home which sits on seven acres in rural Hays County. (snip)
Kennemer, concerned, sprung out of bed, grabbed his AR-15 and stepped onto the porch wearing only his briefs.
The couple watched as several other vehicles, estimated between 20-30, poured onto the property, including one armored vehicle with a battering ram.
FBI agents demanded Kennemer “drop his rifle” as they exited the approaching vehicle. Kennemer responded asking if officials had a warrant, and to show him.
Agents instead began tossing a series of flashbang grenades at the 67-year-old after which Kennemer realized a group of targeting lasers on him that forced him to lay down his weapon.
The couple was placed into handcuffs, taken away from their house, and questioned while their home was being searched.

I didn’t hear about any dogs being killed. But it does occur to me that this couple may need to upgrade their security dogs if that many feds(strangers) got on their property without dogs going absolutely crazy they need to upgrade.
Ran into a US army infantry captain up here in gp area northen Alberta. I asked him if he would stand with Americans and stand for freedom. He said that’s up to Americans. I said you are one. Then I told him to remember you can not listen to or carry out unlawful commands, and to remember your oath.

First thing to do once he comes into office is to fire them. They work at the will of the president or his appointed directors.

You mean what if they stick around even after they’ve been fired? You have them escorted out. If that has to be done by the US army with tanks and attack helicopters, then you order it.

Of course to Wikipedia that translates: an American far-right anti-government militia. See how this works? When you are hired you take an oath to uphold the Constitution and protect the rights of citizens... then, when you stand on that oath you are anti-government. --- What exactly does this say about the 'American Government'?
If the officers would all stand united it would be a different story - whatever. That does not seem to happen, however. The Capitol Police in the tunnel started a police riot and killed at least one innocent protestor, Rosanne Boyland, in the tunnel - different from Ashli Babbett. This murder is not even mentioned most places.
This couple was tracked by the same technology that Gregg Phillips and True the Vote used in the movie "2000 Mules". The last I heard the feds had tracked and 'visited' over 800 people that were in D.C. on Jan 06, 2021. There were tens of thousands of Trump supporters at the rally on the Mall... plenty more interceptions possible, enough to keep the Geheime Staatz Polizei - Gestapo - busy for a long long time.
