Someone needs to read the opening chapters of The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich before declaring that the Nazi party was socialist because of their name.

The name was borrowed from a regional Austrian party and didn’t mean anything. Once Hitler gained control it reflected his ideas and he drove out the small faction that actually had socialist ideas.

Can you provide a list of actual Nazi policies and match them up with similar policies of the US Conservative movement?

I provided a list of Nazi policies which I think align well with Left-wing movements in China, Russia, and US Democrats.

Quick recap: Big Government, Collective approach (Group Identity) and not Individual Rights, strong government control over the economy. You see this stuff in Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, Stalinist Russia, Maoist China, and in the US Progressive movement.

So, a list of Nazi policies that align with Goldwater or Reagan would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hitler only did it because he put building the war machine. It was well-documented that once the war was won the Nazis would have put their ideas in effect. That meant wiping out the business class and having a centralized economy with complete government control of the means of production.
