It has been stated by all the legal experts that the SCOTUS moved the Abortion Issue back to a States Rights issue as it should have been in the first place. There is nothing in the Constitution that Abortion should be a Federal Issue.
I don’t think abortion is legal in Somalia, except to save the life of the mother (or ‘birthing person’, for those who don’t understand plain English.)
