Not a decent conservative movie. I still cringe when I think how I went and spent my hard earned money on American Carol. Worst movie ever made. Very disappointing because I was hoping it was going to be good.

I'm not sure how you can claim that since this movie slams the "lieberal" left hard. Maybe if you watched it without expecting it be something like the "Terminal List" or other non woke movie or series. I'd really like to see it redone in a more professional "A" movie way.
I re-watched Marvel's Agents of Shield series. It was only in the very last year (7) did it go woke(ish). Maybe a little here and there before that but not a lot. I couldn't help but compare "Hydra" in that series to the corrupt Marxist democrat party of today. It has its tentacles into everything and every branch of the US government. Remove one head and two others take its place. Corrupt double agents all through shield, the military, and the government.
There's very little coming out of Hollyweird that is even watchable these days. It's all women heroin's while white guys are made to look weak and dumb. The glamorizing of the trans/gay movement the people who suffer from those mental issues is just sad. Those are private issues not meant for public consumption. None of that is something to be "proud" of and I can't stand having it shoved down our collective throats (no pun intended).
The new "Thor" movie is a total woke bad acting low grade fail. Kinda sad to see the actors end the series on such a sour note. Yes, I know the superhero movies aren't for everyone, but I grew up reading the comics and had no TV so they hold a special place for me; at least until they go woke. Then they just suck.

People are entertained and they like that so much they can’t seem to comprehend the entertaining part might be a cover for underlying social messages. I made a post on “knives out” and pointed out it’s propaganda. Even here, to a conservative audience, I had people tell me there were no subvert messages to influence opinion. Or that since it weakly poked fun at the left it was neutral (one can love something and give it a gentle tickling like it does to the left or hate something and smash it’s face in..which is what the movie does to the right).
Incredible as it’s so blatant about it that even MSM magazines admitted as much:

The Boys on Prime I started watching. Great little show but the anti-Christian is over the top in your face. Really outrageous.

You are right there really is nothing to watch anymore on streaming that is good, which is why I watch old musicals and anything made up until 1960.
This might be a little conspiracy like to say but I sometimes wonder why they don’t show old movies. You have to pay for TCM etc.

Why the films of the 60’s, why not go back to WW2 era films? Back to the time when it was not bad to be anti-communist, anti-Nazi, back when America was truly, as our song says, the home of the free and the brave.
When we fought for freedom against tyrants who were trying to take it away from us. When men were men, not metrosexuals and queers. When everyone knew there were only two sexes. And, most of all, when most were Christians who believed the Bible.

Watched a couple of episodes of the The Boys and thought it was just lame. I don’t watch much TV since it mostly bores me...prefer a good book instead.
It is... for a couple of episodes. It doesn't start getting good until quite a bit into it.
My family and I watched episode 1 over a year ago, and it wasn't good enough that we wanted to see any more of it.
Then the Critical Drinker said it was good, so we went back and gave it another look. Episode 2 wasn't all that great either, but we persisted, and now we quite like the show.
The primary concept of the show is "What would petty gods do with great powers?", and the answer seems to be pretty ugly, and in my mind, somewhat more realistic than all the portrayal of superheroes as "heroes."
