Our side loses nearly every fight they engage in. We are the George Chavalo of heavyweight boxing.
We are the Washington Generals and apologize when we accidentally score a basket. We are so bad that we aim off target and sometimes score a win for the people by accident.
“Our side loses nearly every fight they engage in. We are the George Chavalo of heavyweight boxing.”
Yes, even though numerically we’re the majority.
I often wondered why that’s the case.
Best I can come up with is that we lack the “activist” spirit and organization.
And then I ask myself why is that?
And part of it has to do with our “conservative” nature. We’re more individualistic than “social”, and we don’t like rocking the boat, it’s in our genes.
Things have to get really, really bad to arouse us into action.
I guess we’re not there yet.
