The mother of the Ohio 10/y rape victim tells Telemundo's @MariaVargasPion that the child "is fine", and "everything they say about (Gerson Flores) is a lie."
This portion of a broader interview sheds significant light on the familial dynamics of this case, and further vindicates all skepticism over how the story broke and was handled. We don't even get to this point without the critical work of @MeganFoxWriter and so many others.
This appears to confirm my thesis of a domestic situation wherein the confessed rapist is also the paramour of the victim's mother (other familial relation is possible but less likely). Unfortunately, I saw many such cases while working as a court interpreter.
The mother's distressed defense of the rapist suggests that a: She is also here illegally and fears deportation
b: The defendant is the family's sole source of income
c: There is a likelihood of other children in the home
d: Mom is exposed to removal of the children under dependency proceedings (failure to protect). Has there been such a filing yet and if not why not?
Other questions: what was the time gap between the initial reporting of the rape and the filing of criminal charges? Why did the referring abortion provider not report the rape to authorities? Was the child forced to live with her rapist in furtherance of an abortion narrative?
Was the child compelled to stay quiet until after news of the abortion was leaked to the media? If so, how so?
Was criminal reporting of the rape of a Latina girl suppressed or delayed in furtherance of a political agenda?
These questions need to be answered ASAP.
One of the biggest crimes of abortion providers (beyond the abortion itself) is their complicity in covering up rapes, particulary those involving children and domestic cases like this one. God knows how many rapists and enablers they have saved from prosecution by “destroying the evidence”.
They are also voting on amending electoral law to prevent a VP from having any authority ... apparently it isn’t as clear as the media, politicians claimed it was.
True, it's just different BS than we thought it was. Rather that just a made up story pushed as pro-abortion propaganda, it is much deeper and more sinister.

Geez I thought the mother was involved in pushing the story. It’s obviously not the case. This is just more trauma for this child - having her situation all over TV and blabbed about by the President. Horrible.

The rape was reported to Franklin County children’s service on 6/22. The Supreme Court ruling was on 6/24. Bernard filed the required abortion disclosure, known as a “terminated pregnancy” form, on July 2, two days after she performed the girl’s abortion, which would have been, Saturday June 30th. The story broke by The Independent on July 4th.
I have no doubt these "complicated family dynamics" are common at Planned Parenthood. Maybe not so much with 10-year-olds but I'd bet it happens frequently with mama's boyfriend and her older teenage daughters.
Planned Parenthood has figured out how to game the system. "Go to the next state where we won't have to report it. I'll give you the number of a doctor who is really helpful with these kind of cases and she'll understand your situation."
I wonder if she’s really the vic’s mother.
The state needs to test that DNA, too.
If that womam’s not really the 10 YO’s biological mother, that might explain even more.
If that woman was selling the 10 YO child and is also an illegal, I’m all for sending the woman and the rapist back to their country of origin.
