I hope these in-the-box motor designers chose vegan castor bean oil. Have they tried hollow copper wire with forced air? Electric current doesn’t use the center of a wire.

Not true -- although the higher the frequency, the more current flow at the outside of the conductor ("skin effect").

Who told you this? With a DC motor it certainly does use the whole wire. With AC you have to be fairly high in frequency to produce “skin effect” that would negate the inside of a wire
