I’m not happy with any of it. But that’s likely what will happen in best case. Russia’s invasion was done stupidly and it back-fired. But holding onto Mariupol and Crimea, they can do, because their forces will be concentrated defensively on a small area, and good luck dislodging them.
I think they plan on holding on to the complete sea access on
the south. At least as it relates to the AZOV Gas Preserves,
that is.
Crimea is a pretty much done deal. I just address what the
outcome should be.
Russia has no right to invade a neighbor state and take what
it wants as if it’s manifest destiny.
