I remember decades ago reading about young teen killers in urban projects (possibly Cabrini Green in Chicago). It was considered shocking then.

Both teens will be charged as adults, the DA's office spokesman said. I have a BLM flyer from 2020. It lists things considered "white supremacy."
One of the items on that list: "Charging black youths as adults."

Third degree murder in PA can be charged for murder that’s not premeditated and not carried out during the commission of another felony.
I wouldn’t be too sure on that last bit in this case.

This is why I don’t think there should be a age floor for the death penalty. Those “juveniles” are too badly broken to fix and will be a menace all their lives - which should as short as possible.
