Why do I have a feeling the parking lot video will show nothing suspicious. Something about robbers in face masks stealing a dog sounds odd to me.

I could be very wrong...

The FIRST thing I do with a new dog is get micro chip.
Also
AKC has a micro chip program.
A lot of breeders chip the pups before any sale.
