Wisconsin Representative Ramthun who is running for Governor in Wisconsin and Karen Mueller who is running for Attorney General in Wisconsin and others held a press conference in the state capitol to discuss the 2020 Election.
State Representative Timothy Ramthun, who is running for Governor in Wisconsin, released this press release this morning with a call to action.
Ramthun and Mueller reminded those in attendance that the Wisconsin Supreme Court recently ruled that the drop boxes in the state are not legal in the state under Wisconsin law.
BREAKING BIG: Wisconsin Supreme Court Rules Public Absentee Drop Boxes ILLEGAL!
The GOP candidates shared that if the drop boxes aren’t legal under election law, then the ballots that were collected in drop boxes in the 2020 Election were not legitimate. The number of ballots dropped in the drop boxes in Wisconsin way outnumbered the margin of win given to Joe Biden.
Because of this, Representative Ramthun says the election should be decertified. There are remedies for this and the most prominent remedy over the past 30 years is to do the election over.
The blame here goes to the public officials who put in the ballot boxes and not the voters. The voters were victims. We also know that the drop boxes were magnets for fraud. The movie 2000 Mules was all over this and reportedly identified a number of mules in Wisconsin.
How can you keep an election result that you know is contaminated with hundreds of thousands of illegitimate votes when the winner was given the race by much less?
Below is a manual on Maladministration and its remedies for elections.

I agree with them, but it’s hardly “breaking”.
We were cheated, but they got away with it. The train left the station.
The main stream media repeats the narrative that there is no evidence of widespread fraud. Even Bill Barr said so in his testimony to the January 6 committee. However ABC and CBS don’t seem to want to report that the Wisconsin supreme court has ruled that certain drop boxes were illegal. I also conclude that drop boxes were “widespread” in Wisconsin. I’ve watched clips of the January 6 committee and they don’t want witnesses to talk about the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision on drop boxes.
They've been trying to think of an excuse to reconsider their misguided decision not to look at the evidence of massive, co-ordinated fraud in the 2020 Election ever since they themselves became threatened by the results of their looking the other way!
Curious how civic-minded one becomes when one's own welfare is threatened.
If this article came from anywhere else but the Gateway Pundit, it might hold some credibility.
Anyway, it’s just candidates generating publicity for themselves. If they get elected maybe, they’ll do something.
There is something in the Constitution about being guaranteed to every state a republican form of government.
It might be popular and win some votes but there is no legal process, regarding the outcoomes of elections for federal office, to decertiy an election that has been cerfified all the way up to and including Congress.
And one Congress cannot even uncertify what a prior Congress has cerfified. The Constitution provides no Constitutional process or timeframe for what some propose and want to see.
Any legal document based on fraud is not valid. Contracts, certifications...etc.
That’s nice “contract theory” but it is out of place verus the Constitution and how federal elections are brought to a certified conclusion. There is no Constitutional provision for certifying them and possibly, two years later, turn around and uncertify them. Maybe that was an error of the founders, but it’s the reality.
Seriously? For the most part, once the fraudulent ballots are mixed with the regular ballots, you can't tell the difference so a recount ends up with pretty much the same result.
So what would that have accomplished?
Yes there is.
Obviously, the creators of the Constitution did not regard State Legislatures appointing electors without people voting as a contradiction to a republican form of government.
Means nothing and changes nothing, just sounds good.
