Last time I was in Manhattan for this was in 2019. As a pedestrian, it's nice to look at. Wouldn't want to be driving during it however.
But nothing is worse than driving the LIE or the Northern Parkway on Long Island with the sun staring right at you.

Honestly, when I’ve driven near Boston post-Big Dig, 95/93/128 rival ANYTHING in the NY metro area for congestion. <0H However, Beltway and 95 near Stamford are the 5th Circle of Hell.
