“why would you do such a crappy song?”

It’s a matter of taste. Everyone has their own taste. Why be presumptuous?

Don’t let the thumbs down on the Eagles Freepers get to you. The Eagles are one of the all time great bands and Hotel California was one of their best if not their best.

Felder got the melody chord progression from Jethro Tull's "We Used To Know".

“The Disco Strangler” from the 1979 “Long Run” album is perhaps their masterpiece.

"...Gray Bar Hotel, where you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave” "

Sounds like the theme for Monkey Pox...

“King of Hollywood” is basically the Harvey Weinstein story.

Face it the Eagles when they first came out was a chick band. Even Ronstadt was in love with them.

Felder was a good guitarist, could build a very interesting lead break.

Even Ronstadt was in love with them.

Was there anyone she didn't sleep with back then?

"Face it the Eagles when they first came out was a chick band. Even Ronstadt was in love with them."

They were the remnants of the musicians who went on tour with her.

Ronstadt was probably most responsible for the Eagles even forming as a group.
