Has Hunter been convicted of a felony? I couldn't find reference to it if he has. While it's true a convicted felon loses their second amendment rights, due process and a conviction are required for that to happen. You can't just say "he did some things I think should get him convicted" and declare that he doesn't have a right to own a gun, it doesn't work that way.
