It hurts my brain to try and parse that quote. What tense is that? Future subjunctive infinite past-imperfect?

itcan be classified as the perfect future, indicating an action that will be concluded before some other time, either specified or not...example:

‘I’m going to have finished cleaning the entire house before my wife comes home from her Mah Jongg group...or else...’

because of the unfinished and conditional action of the sentence, it is technically rendered as subjunctive, until it actually happens...
