I would support using the morning-after pill for situations like you described. It can take up to several days for fertilization to occur.
But in nearly all other situations I would put the liberal on the defensive by pointing out how they are soft on crime for not wanting the death penalty for the rapist.
Yeah, that’s where my focus would be. It’s heinous for them to present themselves as “caring about the poor” and victims and so on and then to push their fearmongering crap.
What’s so bad about “Ladies, you can walk about without fear in our cities, because our police are highly trained and very well paid, and our judges prosecute the law impartially!” .....?
Oh, right: Because that won’t get them the fear vote.
I’m not a great fan of the morning after pill. But no responsible doctor is going to persecute a rape victim or make her regret that she did the right thing by getting medical treatment. The Left are actually the ones doing wrong by creating an atmosphere of mistrust and hate.
